ORDERS  AND  DELIVERY

Orders can be placed online or by phone. We provide local deliveries, for deliveries to other locations please contact us in advance.


For Businesses

Deliveries to businesses can be accepted by the person in charge at the delivery address.

**We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

**If for any reason we cannot make the delivery, such as: the business is closed/locked or we are unable to get into the building, a new delivery fee will be required to have to return for a 2nd delivery attempt.

 We will contact the customer to discuss a re-delivery, and a new delivery fee will be charged for a 2nd delivery attempt.

We will never leave a package outside if a business is closed.

Delivery Rates

Delivery charges are based on the zip code where the package will be delivered.

We cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide and ensure the correct address when giving an order in person or by phone or over the internet.

Refund Policy

Any order cancelled before it leaves Brut Food will receive refund in full. Any order cancelled after it leaves Brut Food is subject to 25% restocking fee.
